Interns will join the Housing Operations team, collaborating with trade partners, purchasing, customer service and operations to support construction projects and ensure timely, budget‑conscious delivery of homes.
- Support project management and oversight of construction, including scheduling, quality assurance, cost control, customer service, and site management.
- Collaborate with trade partners to build homes on schedule and within budget.
- Work with the purchasing team to understand scope of work and contract quality trade partners within budget.
- Participate in customer touch points to create an exceptional experience for customers.
- Ensure performance standards with the customer service team and deliver a 100% complete home at closing.
- Assist the operations team in developing construction sequences and handling permit and start processes.

Candidates must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a related discipline such as Real Estate, Construction Management, Business, Architecture, Engineering or Urban Planning, and demonstrate strong analytical, communication and Microsoft Office skills.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work 40 hours per week onsite, Monday‑Friday, with reliable transportation.
- Hands‑on experience in a real estate development environment.
