
Assist end users with issues related to wireless
Identify opportunities for design optimization and cost reductions
Configure and provide support for camera systems including Axis and Blue Iris
Assist in the port map process across all locations – reconfigure switch ports as needed
Manage projects on schedule and on budget

Assist with documentation and planning
Assist with configuring network switches on multi-VLAN network
Promptly communicate and manage IT issues as they arise
Configure VLANs on Network Equipment
Manage migration of ISPs – coordinate the initial installation of the new ISP and disconnection of old ISP
Ability to work onsite at our Columbia location
Demonstrable history of high achievement in academics, work, and community
Ability to work in a busy and highly diverse environment
2 or more years of experience in the information technology field
MUST WORK ONSITE AT OUR COLUMBIA, SC LOCATION (no exceptions. no remote workers.)
Excellent written and verbal skills to effectively communicate with project personnel, vendors, and other stakeholders
Ability to read and follow directions with heavy emphasis on details
Remote PC Support specifically troubleshooting printer connectivity and connecting wireless devices to our network
Bachelor’s degree (IT related preferred, though we seek talent and experience foremost)
Ability to travel 10% out of state
