Prioritize safety according to MSHA and Vulcan standards.
Repair and maintain plant equipment, including screens, conveyor belts, wear parts, crusher liners, water pumps, and perform cutting, grinding, and welding as needed.
Conduct daily inspections of equipment and structures to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operations.
Monitor plant processes and materials, identifying problems in crushing, washing, and screening areas.
Enter and maintain service and lubrication reports for preventative maintenance.
Perform general physical tasks such as cleaning, washing, sweeping, and shoveling materials.
Industry‑leading health and safety standards.
