Must possess excellent skills with Microsoft Windows and MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel (intermediate level)
Ability to sit for a long period of time, possibly more than 90% of the workday
Ability to stand, walk, and reach with arms and hands throughout the workday should the need arise
Construction industry accounting experience including WIP reporting
A bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in accounting, finance or other applicable degree
Ability to utilize hands and fingers in order to type and carry reports should the need require
Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to prioritize and follow-up on multiple concurrent tasks
Experience with JDE, Sage, Timberline, or other enterprise construction industry software a plus
Ability to see clearly or with assistance via necessary correction
