- Do material estimates for projects and work with Purchasing teams to order materials in advance of production schedule.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
- Work with Application’s engineering team to come up with custom solutions as required by customer.
- Design noise control products for production from initial concept submittal to manufacturing details.
- Assist production with manufacturing issues as required.
- Supporting the product development process, ensuring manufacturability and cost efficiency.
- Utilizing 3D CAD software (SOLIDWORKS, SOLIDEDGE, AUTOCAD) for design and documentation.

- Experience in sheet metal manufacturing or the HVAC industry (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively with peers.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of product development processes and design for manufacturability concepts.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software and MS Office applications.
- B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical or equivalent).
