Tax Senior

Description

• Conduct tax research and provide clear, accurate conclusions
• Prepare and review a wide range of tax returns, including Forms 1040, 1041, 1120S, 1120, 1065, and 990
• Contribute to process improvement and uphold high ethical and professional standards
• Review financial statements and supporting documentation for tax preparation
• Reconcile business accounts including bank statements, credit cards, and fixed assets
• Act as a liaison between partners and clients to ensure efficient communication and service delivery

Requirements

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Tax Accountant (CPA or EA) with strong technical expertise and a client-focused mindset. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple engagements while maintaining accuracy and delivering top-tier client service.

• Proven ability to mentor and develop junior team members
• CPA or EA designation
• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Experience with Thomson Reuters UltraTax or similar software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to review financial statements and reconcile business accounts
• Expertise with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation: $75,000 – $125,000 (commensurate with experience)
