Early Career Trainee - (Life Extension Services)

Overview

Perform NDT/borescope inspections on turbines, assist seniors, document work.

Tasks

-Work with Senior Colleagues to Solve technical issues and problems as appropriate when encountered during daily activities -Performing prescribed NDT inspection techniques and processes to detect part compliance issues under supervision of Qualified NDT inspection -Performing basic mathematical calculations. Maintaining detailed job task documentation, reports, and records -Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures. Perform cross functional jobs within the department if required. -Attend classroom and boot camp trainings for NDT and Boroscope Procedures and successful complete the classes. -Work with Senior Colleagues to carry out Borescope and robotics Inspection on Gas turbine, steam turbines & Generators main modules and associate parts.

What You Bring

-BS Engineering – Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical or related engineering background preferred. -Record of achievement with a passion to achieve positive business results -A team player with the ability to communicate effectively with crosses functional teams. -Willing to work on site with extensive travel durations within the region. -Adaptable and open to change -Demonstrated leadership potential -Willing work on Site domestically and globally with passion for Handon work -Previous experience in NDT is a plus. -Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. -Level 1 or 2 in any of the following methods – Dye Penetrant, Ultrasonic and Eddy current -Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience. -Active listener with good communication skills in English. -Demonstrated EHS and Quality focus.
