Responsible for developing analysis and reports to be provided to regulators, internal or external customers as required.
Work will take place in the office, in plants, and in the field.
Prepare cost estimates.
Prepare summaries of model results.
Responsible for developing, operating and maintaining the hydraulic models within the Engineering Department.
The position demonstrates safe work practices, takes part in safety meetings, and advises supervisor of any non-conforming conditions.
Hydraulic Modeler will assist in the design and management of a variety of capital projects including tanks, pump stations, wastewater, and water main replacement.

Ability to interface with all levels of staff and management.
Professional Engineering License or EIT certificate is a plus.
Excellent analytical, organizational, computer and interpersonal skills.
1 to 5 years of hydraulic modeling experience.
Knowledge of the principals of hydraulic modeling.
Utility experience preferred.
Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, WaterGEMs, and ESRI suite of software.
Knowledge of data collection, manipulation, and use.
Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or similar.
Abilities to set daily priorities and work schedules.
