The Land Development intern will learn all aspects of new community development—from pre‑acquisition through lot turnover and project close‑out—ensuring communities open on time and on budget. The role provides exposure to plan procurement, site construction, contract negotiations, schedule adherence, and daily interaction with various departments, subcontractors, customers, and municipalities. Interns will also study planning and construction needed to create safe, well‑organized parcels, including property value analysis, construction regulations, zoning ordinances, and environmental restrictions.
