In the liquidity and cash‑flow domain, the analyst monitors the liquidity position across Pure’s industrial portfolios, delivers weekly insights, and builds forecasting models that incorporate sensitivities, scenarios, and changes from budgeting, financing, acquisitions, and development projects. They reconcile actual cash to forecasts each month, identify drivers, and refine the cash and capital forecasting processes to improve precision and agility.
For capital expenditure, the analyst works with construction and asset‑management teams to plan, forecast, track, and report committed and actual capital spend versus budget, while overseeing workflow approvals and budget revisions. They also prepare and present concise updates on cash position, capital plans, and key levers to internal Finance leaders and external stakeholders, collaborating with other FP&A workstreams and cross‑functional partners.
