In this role you will see construction projects built from start to finish while mentoring your team members for success. You will oversee a team of Outside Plant Engineers (Project Coordinators), assign and monitor projects to ensure timely completion and high quality, coach and develop staff, and maintain a monthly financial forecast for project management.
The ideal candidate lives by safety, has experience managing telecom construction projects, and embraces the challenge of coaching and mentoring a team. A basic understanding of accounting principles, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn custom software are required. Relevant MOS codes (12166, 62E1G, 12A, 12N, 12T) are considered a strong match for the position.
