Prepare, measure, and blend raw materials according to defined process instructions.
Communicate equipment and process issues and participate in troubleshooting/root-cause investigations.
Support continuous improvement for safety, efficiency, and product quality.
Coordinate across shifts and work as a team with chemists and other technicians.
Conduct reactions and product isolations following SOPs and quality specifications under the direction
Independently operate production equipment, lab systems, and related equipment.
Operate while maintaining safety in all activities, wear proper PPE, and maintain a clutter free and clean environment.
Record process data, material usage, and observations in logbooks or electronic systems.

Mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of laboratory instrumentation or related equipment.
HS diploma, GED, or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical technology, or a related field is desirable.
2+ years of hands-on experience in a lab, or related manufacturing experience such as in food manufacturing, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, alcohol/beer, or general chemical manufacturing environment. OR electro-mechanical technical skills/training such as those related to HVAC, gas-tech, vacuum distillation, water reclamation/filtration, or similar.
General understanding of chemical hygiene and hazardous material handling.
Ability to lift up to 25lbs regularly and 50lbs with proper bending and lifting.
