Operate hand tools, jackhammers, air compressors and vacuums
Load, transport and unload tools and materials
Cut, thread, or hammer pipes to specifications, using tools such as saws, cutting torches, pipe treaders or pipe benders
Locate and mark the position of pipe installations, connections, passage holes, or fixtures in structures, using measuring instruments such as rulers or levels
Assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, or soldering blaze
Loading, properly strapping & hauling heavy equipment as well as towing a vac, dumping & cleaning the vac
Control traffic in and around work zones
Install underground storm, sanitary, or water piping systems, extending piping as needed to connect fixtures and plumbing
Drive Company vehicles responsibly and safely
Perform general physical activities that may include climbing, lifting and balance
Prep and clean job sites
Dig pits and/or for trenches, backfill, compact and level to grade
Complete pre-trip and driver logs when applicable

Skilled in measuring, marking, and locating pipe installations using rulers, levels, or similar tools
Ability to prep and clean job sites, dig trenches or pits, backfill, and level ground to grade
Able to bend, lift, kneel and stand for long periods of time
Able to withstand exposure to heat, cold and rain; chemicals and fumes; dust from roads and break up of concrete; cars on roads
Must have CDL - Class A Commercial Driver's License; N endorsement required; airbrakes & manual preferred
Capable of safely controlling traffic in and around work zones
Basic knowledge of underground piping systems (storm, sanitary, or water) installation
Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
1+ years of experience in construction, utility installation, or general labor preferred
Ability to assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings using various materials (e.g., couplings, clamps, cement, solder, etc.)
Must provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver’s license is required if the role involves driving
Ability to cut, thread, and shape pipes using saws, torches, pipe threaders, and benders
Able to lift, carry, and transport tools and materials safely
Comfortable operating hand tools, jackhammers, air compressors, and vacuums
Experience and ability to use basic hand tools, jackhammers and jumping jacks
Experience with potholing to expose underground utilities
