Tasks

-Build strong partnerships with internal teams, delivery partners, and stakeholders to achieve meaningful outcomes together. -Explore and introduce new technologies that make our network smarter, more stable, and more sustainable. -Champion best-practice asset engineering across our zone substations and primary electricity assets. -Monitor and optimise asset risk, health and performance. -Lead and mentor a capable, supportive team — helping others grow through your guidance and encouragement. -Set the direction for asset strategies and innovations that improve safety, performance, and our stakeholder experience.

What You Bring

-The ability to communicate with clarity, influence with care, and build authentic relationships across all levels. -Solid experience in the electrical supply or related industry. -Strong technical leadership and mentoring capabilities. -Experience delivering asset management or capital works programs. -A degree in Electrical Engineering (Chartered Engineer status is a plus).
