Provide Concept Budget Assistance
Provides quarterly check-ins and performance reviews w/ all direct reports
Meet Client Needs/Budget / Attend OAC / design meetings
Occasionally lift, pull, or move up to 25 lbs.
Attend/Organize Preconstruction Meetings
Assist With Business Development Strategies
Represent Manhattan’s Electrical / Low Voltage Services to Clients
Coordinate Subcontractor Networking Efforts
Establishes & Monitors Subcontractor Relationships
Review all Subcontracts prior to Issuance to Subcontractors
Use hands to type, handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or control.
Perform Value Management Analysis
Coordinate w/ operations team to ensure the correct Cost Budget is sent to accounting
Manages expectations for the team for their projects
Maintain the Manhattan Code of Business Practices & ensure the team follows the Guiding Principals

Thorough Understanding & Compliance with Risk Management Policies

Bachelor’s Degree- Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent. May substitute required education degree with related experience on a one-to-one basis
Strong networking ability, known in the community
Ability to meet critical deadlines
Strong math/accounting skills
Occasional travel will be required, primarily in the metropolitan area but sometimes domestically (must have a valid Driver’s License).
Experience w/ delivering stellar preconstruction services to clients & managing the budget
Knowledge and efficiency in Manhattan software
Strong Knowledge of General Conditions Estimates/Schedule / Below the Line costs
Time management skills and organizational skills
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
Experience w/ & Knowledge of Electrical scope of work (subcontractor/design firm)
Knowledge of Estimating & Takeoff Software
Strong conceptual estimating skills
Knowledge of Autodesk Software
20-time Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Accredited Quality Contractor (AQC)
Familiarity of logistics and operations
Ability to repeat the same movements.
