Take ownership of assigned maintenance tasks and ensure they are completed promptly and efficiently.
Assist with larger projects or turnovers as assigned and coordinate with contractors when needed.
Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude when interacting with residents, colleagues, and vendors.
Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and in compliance with company standards.
Adhere to maintenance schedules and prioritize work orders based on urgency and resident needs.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and time spent.
Identify and report safety hazards, code violations, or maintenance concerns promptly.
Support property teams by maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of buildings, common areas, and amenities.
Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections to identify potential issues before they become problems.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and follow up to ensure resident satisfaction.
Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to residents and team members.
Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair duties including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade certifications preferred.
Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily housing, hospitality, or a similar field.
Willingness and ability to travel between properties across Washington as business needs require.
Solid technical and troubleshooting skills across multiple trades.
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to different properties and team environments.
Availability for after-hours, weekend, or on-call work as needed.
Be flexible and willing to travel to various Neiders Company properties in Washington when business needs arise.
