The Project Engineer collaborates closely with the Superintendent, Project Manager, owners, subcontractors, clients, architects, engineers, and consultants throughout the year to define work scope and costs.
- Execute contract elements, including specifications, drawings, conditions, addendums, and changes.
- Read and interpret blueprints for field use and coordination with owners, architects, management, and crews.
- Analyze self‑performed work and processes, recommending efficiency improvements.
- Support crews on site, addressing questions and guiding them to meet deadlines and timelines.
- Assist with estimating and quantity take‑offs.
- Coordinate site safety, communicating concerns and policies with MYC staff and safety consultants.

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or ≥2 years of commercial construction experience.
- Ability to read and analyze construction documents for commercial projects.

This is a full‑time, permanent position offering a salary of $75,000–$85,000 plus bonus, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.
