

Serve as the key point of contact for all site-related matters, maintaining regular communication with the client and stakeholders.
Advise on construction methodologies and value engineering opportunities.
Review contractor submissions, including material approvals, quality plans, and safety documentation.
Direct and manage all aspects of construction supervision on-site, ensuring adherence to approved plans, specifications, and safety requirements.
Manage risks, propose mitigation strategies, and monitor overall project compliance.
Ensure timely issuance of site instructions, variations, and contract correspondence.
Support the client with authority approvals, provisional sum activation, and timely decision-making.
Oversee the technical, administrative, and planning processes related to the supervision team.
Facilitate project close-out and issuance of Taking Over Certificates (TOC).
Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams including architectural, structural, MEP, infrastructure, and specialist consultants.
Review and monitor contractors’ work plans, method statements, and progress schedules.
Lead weekly progress and technical coordination meetings.
Strong understanding of Dubai authority approval processes and site compliance requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead under pressure with professionalism.
Minimum 15–20 years of relevant experience in construction supervision, with at least 10 years in the UAE.
Proven experience managing large-scale, high-end hospitality and residential developments.
Sound knowledge of FIDIC and contract administration procedures
Experience Level: Senior Management
Demonstrated leadership of multi-disciplinary supervision teams.
Experience working with enabling works, main works packages, and high-profile clients.
Professional membership(s) (e.g. RICS, PMP, or equivalent).
Salary: Up to AED 55,000 per month (depending on experience)
