Manage supplier and contractor relationships to drive performance, ensure contract compliance, and implement amendments, renewals or terminations that enhance value, mitigate risks and optimize supply chain efficiency
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and Canadian Contract Law in all supply management activities
Conduct market research, analyze supplier capabilities and spend data and perform risk assessments, generate insights, identify cost saving opportunities, support informed procurement decisions, and safeguard the organization’s interests
Support continuous improvement and change initiatives by analyzing contract trends, adapting sourcing strategies and contributing to innovative enhancements in supply chain processes

Professional certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), or a paralegal certification is considered an asset
