The Parking Cashier handles cash and electronic transactions with parking customers.

Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Use respectful communication to assist guests with questions, problems, and concerns.
Relay customer concerns or information to shift lead or Operations Manager as needed.
Respond quickly to provide excellent customer service.
Follow all company procedures and safety regulations.
Issue and collect visitor parking tickets.
Match tickets to the parking rate schedule, collect payment, and give correct change.
Complete lost ticket forms when original tickets cannot be located.
Reconcile receipts, cash, and charges; accurately account for all funds in the cashier drawer.
Perform revenue drops according to location procedures.
Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
Answer telephone promptly and courteously when required.
Immediately report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates at all times.

Benefits

The role pays $13.00 per hour with weekly pay and is scheduled for up to 36 hours per week on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with shifts from 4:30 pm–12:30 am on Wednesday and Thursday, and a split shift on Friday (10:00 am–2:00 pm and 4:30 pm–12:30 am).
