Ability to perform in a matrixed organization
Must be able to read and interpret engineering prints and drawings
At least 4 years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, or procurement.
BS/BA in Supply Chain Management or Equivalent.
Strong demonstrated SAP experience
Prior experience in justifying Capital Expenditures is a plus.
Knowledge of quality systems, product lifecycle management, and supplier audits.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word, & Outlook)
Willingness to travel as needed.
Strong financial acumen including cost modeling and scenario planning expertise.
APICS/ASCM Certification or other related purchasing certification
Strong knowledge of MRP Systems, MS Project (or similar project management software).
