The Ferrous Team Leader role supports daily operations in the Ferrous yard, assisting the Ferrous Operations Manager and ensuring health, safety and environmental standards are met. The position involves managing stock levels, overseeing quality control of incoming loads, coordinating stocktakes and rotations, and operating mobile plant equipment for loading and sorting. The leader also reports on depot inefficiencies, production performance, and customer experience while coordinating outbound bookings.
