Prepare, review, and certify engineering calculations, design reports, and specifications as per Australian standards
Perform structural design of telecommunications infrastructure, such as towers, monopoles, guyed masts, and rooftop structures
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Provide technical support to clients, internal colleagues, and junior engineers
Conduct site inspections to monitor work and check conditions
Perform detailed structural analysis and modeling using specialised software like SpaceGass, MStower, Tedds and Checkpole
Ensure designs and services are fit for purpose and comply with relevant codes and regulatory standards
Contribute to the development of design guidelines and standards

A degree in Structural Engineering is required.
Fully familiar with Amplitel Deployment Rules, including the preparation and sign-off of F01 and F04 forms.
Demonstrable integrity and high personal and professional standards
Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SpaceGass, MStower, Tedds, Checkpole).
Ability to prepare concept and detailed design drawings.
Ability to provide a strengthening solution for the overloaded structures
Demonstrated a minimum of 5 years of comprehensive experience in the structural design and analysis of wireless telecommunications structures. At least one year of validity in professional registration.
Communicate ideas and information effectively, both verbally and in writing
Sound understanding of Australian Standards related to telecommunication structures.
