Nokia Radio Frequency Optimization Engineer

• Lead small optimization teams and communicate directly with customer technical teams.
• Conduct in-depth call flow analysis, identifying signaling issues in both NSA and SA architectures.
• Optimize KPIs such as access success rate, throughput, drop rates, handover performance, and VoLTE metrics.
• Apply intelligent parameter changes on Nokia 5G
• Perform 5G/4G RAN optimization on Ericsson equipment, with focus on NSA, SA, and VoNR performance.
• Use drive test data to analyze mobility issues, overshooting cells, and coverage imbalance.
• Recommend optimization actions beyond tilt adjustments, including CRS gain tuning, footprint shaping, and reselection parameters.

We are seeking a highly skilled 5G Optimizers with extensive experience in 5G and LTE network performance optimization. This role requires a subject matter expert (SME) in Radio Network Planning and Optimization (NPO) with deep technical knowledge of Nokia equipment, signaling procedures, drive test analysis, and KPI improvement strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with post-processing and data visualization tools and demonstrate strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
