Provides strategic leadership and oversight to a team of planning, scheduling, and lean practice professionals supporting operational districts across the organization.
Directs the adoption and optimization of scheduling tools such as P6 EPPM and Deltek Acumen, including upgrade evaluations, testing, and documentation standards.

Advanced working knowledge of Primavera P6 and Deltek Acumen Fuse with knowledge of schedule analysis methodology.
Experience using schedule delay analysis methods and highly skilled in communicating results.
Ability to manage/facilitate planning and scheduling for a project valued at or above $500M.
Postsecondary degree or diploma in construction management, engineering or a related discipline preferred.
Travel expectations: Up to 50% throughout North America.
10-15 years of progressive scheduling experience in construction or related field preferred, with 4 years of experience in a supervisory role an asset.
Ability to identify and mitigate risk, opportunities with appropriate solutions.
Expert knowledge of construction specifications, contract documents, building materials, methods and procedures, and the ability to read and understand construction drawings, specifications, contracts and proposal documents.
Extensive prior experience with project management and field construction operations and how a project is constructed, including logical sequencing of work through all phases of the project from pursuit to project closeout.
