Ability to demonstrate ownership and proactively drive initiatives
Is a transformational leader who excels at driving bold and meaningful change at scale and across multiple dimensions.
Productize analytics solutions — from self-service insights and KPI dashboards to intelligent assistants and AI copilots
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Product Management and/or Data Science, preferably within the data/analytics domain, either internal facing or both internal and customer facing products (e.g., commercialized and generating revenue)
Ability to balance collaboration while driving alignment and being decisive
Analytical problem solver with the ability to work under pressure and multitask while leading cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven track record of building strong relationships with business stakeholders
Experience operating in a highly cross functional, multinational business
Preferred: Prior experience in Data Center, Cloud, Telecommunications, IT industry
Excellent communicator able to simplify the complex
Dynamic, forward-thinking leader with a bias for action, rapid experimentation, and ability to break down complex problems
