  • Draft project requirement documents ensuring that all desired functionality and deliverables are properly defined and communicated.
  • You will play a key role in helping our us deliver our Workplace Promise to ensure it meets people, client, and financial objectives.
  • Effective management of stakeholders both in the program and in BAU
  • Responsible for providing business analysis, measurements, and reporting using internal data as well as independent external sources to measure the effectiveness of both current operations and specific project deliverables.

  • Create a holistic approach to communicate with and engage stakeholders to maximize impact and influence to ensure alignment against program outcomes.
  • Oversee compliance to all company/client policies and procedures.
  • Create and implement comprehensive project plans ensuring that project deliverables are achieved on time and in line with budgetary guidelines.
  • Develop and manage project planning, issue management, knowledge management, documentation, and meeting structure.
  • Provide strategic and tactical leadership for the team that ensures the function goals are achieved, there are improved efficiencies and customer satisfaction meet or exceed expectations during the course of the solution development and post implementation.
  • Maintain a professional business relationship by directly and indirectly negotiating timeframes and matters pertaining to the program.
  • People management: Creating high performing teams, communicating vision and purpose, engaging others and ensuring aligned objectives. Caring for employee wellbeing and recognizing and celebrating success.
  • Provide analysis around timelines to develop a point of view on sequencing of transformation globally to minimize disruption on the day-to-day business.
  • Recognize key risks and issues, and propose contingency plans to mitigate the risks to project leadership.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to organize the delivery of multiple fit out projects around the world, including assembling in country delivery teams to create efficient delivery models.
  • Continually evaluate processes to ensure any future state recommendations still fit within the original goals.
  • Accountable as key point of across the identified project for interdependency, risk and change management.
  • Managing change: Managing change, operating with new business models, programs or teams and driving standardization and automation at scale.
