The Leasing Consultant provides tours, completes the leasing process with prospective residents, executes marketing strategies for the community, and maintains positive resident relations.
Fogelman has transitioned Preston Ridge Apartments into its portfolio and is seeking an experienced, sales‑oriented Leasing Professional. The ideal candidate has strong sales and customer‑relation skills, marketing and social‑media expertise, and enjoys planning resident events; Entrata experience is a plus.
Qualifications include at least one year of leasing experience or equivalent training, familiarity with virtual and in‑person tours, and working knowledge of property‑management platforms such as Yardi, Entrata, or Yieldstar. Candidates should possess strong marketing abilities, excellent verbal and written communication, relationship‑building and customer‑service skills, and may need a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
The role requires constant walking, standing, sitting, frequent stair climbing, occasional bending, lifting up to 10 lb (occasionally more), and good sensory abilities. Work is performed both indoors and outdoors under moderate noise levels, with possible exposure to various chemicals; reasonable accommodations are available.
