Sharing best practices and technical insights across the slickline organization.
Supporting operational performance metrics and service quality tracking.
Conducting pre-job safety meetings, risk assessments, and job hazard analyses.
Ensuring job execution meets Baker Hughes quality standards and customer expectations.
Participating in post-job reviews and recommend operational improvements
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through professional execution and problem resolution.
Ensuring slickline units, tools, and equipment are properly inspected, maintained, and job-ready.
Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and cost effectiveness.
Troubleshooting operational challenges and make real-time decisions to ensure job success.
Evaluating well data and conditions to determine the most effective slickline approach.
Serving as the lead field representative for slickline operations.
Coaching crew members on safe work practices, operational efficiency, and technical skills.
Capturing lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Providing technical leadership and on-the-job training to Slickline Levels 1–3 personnel.
Planning, leading, and executing complex slickline well intervention activities across a variety of well conditions.
Leading all operations in strict compliance with Baker Hughes HS&E policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Reporting equipment issues and support failure analysis and corrective actions.
Supporting competency development, assessments, and knowledge transfer.
Requirements

Have valid driver’s license and ability to work in field-based, rotational, or on-call environments
Have proven experience executing complex slickline operations with minimal supervision
Have ability to lead field crews and communicate effectively with customers
Have 5 - 7+ years of slickline field experience in oil & gas well intervention
Have strong understanding of well control, pressure control equipment, and downhole tools
Have high school diploma or GED
Show commitment to HS&E standards and safe work practices
