To comply with health and safety responsibilities i.e. PPE / safe site set ups protecting Lanes Group employees, the public and other road users.
Delivering good customer service.
Travelling to residential sites in a van you are responsible for, around the region powering a high-pressure water jet for restoration.
Run diagnostics and repairs on drains
Report any defects or malfunctions in regards to training.
Liaising with the client regarding progress and any updates.
Provide support to your colleagues.
Maintaining good H&S practise while carrying out works.
Dynamically risk assess site access & working conditions depending on specific circumstances on arrival.
Ensure vehicle stock is full and replenished.
To conduct thorough inspections of tools, equipment and plant before/after use.
Be aware of all Lanes Group policies and your responsibility towards them.
Record each job report correctly on the specialist equipment provided.
Clean, clear and maintain drainage systems.
Carry out risk assessments and have a mature approach to risk perception.
