- Act as the daily point of contact for payroll-related queries
- Provide specialist pay advice to business partners and senior managers
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate recording of payroll transactions
- Partner with HR, ADP, and local finance teams to deliver best-in-class payroll processes
- Work with the payroll provider to ensure data is accurate and always correct
- Responsible for processing end to end payroll for an entity within Northern Europe (GB, SE, IE, FI, DK)
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for payroll processes and procedures
- Liaise with the wider finance team to provide reports as required

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
- Excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- High levels of attention to detail when working with large volumes of data
- Working towards or completed CIPP (desirable)
- Strong payroll experience, ideally including international payroll processing.
- Proactive approach with enthusiasm for process improvement.
