- Assisting in the procurement process by obtaining budgetary quotes.
- Tracking fleet-related data such as mileage, repair costs, etc.
- Managing the fleet management system.
- Managing and facilitating issuance of uniform and enforcement equipment to officers.
- Conducting checks to ensure fleet readiness for deployment to operational teams.
- Engaging with operational teams and external vendors (e.g., for fleet maintenance such as repairs and servicing), sourcing repair quotes, and assessing and evaluating repair work recommended and completed by vendors.

- Familiar with workplace environmental, health, and safety aspect of operations would be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Logistics and Fleet/Transport Management. No experience may also be considered.
- Pleasant personality with good command of spoken and written English.
- Required to possess a Class 3 driving license, and preferably a Class 2 license as well.
