Work with the Corporate Communications Manager to draft press releases, media pitches, internal communications, and other messaging.
Assist in developing and maintaining the company’s electronic content/brand library (boilerplate).
Develop strategic marketing content including blogs, brochures, award submissions, social/digital posts, presentations, and other collateral to increase visibility and brand awareness.
Maintain accurate records of regional projects and field staff, including project profiles, outcome documentation, and resumes.
Provide additional marketing and business development support as needed.
Support pursuit efforts through the development of high-quality qualifications, proposals, and presentation materials.
Collaborate with the visual media team, regional marketing leaders, business development representatives, and corporate marketing to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
