Strong communication skills
An understanding of Grounds Maintenance processes and requirements during the changing seasons.
A full UK manual driving licence and ability to tow a trailer/equipment is essential
At least 2 years of Grounds Maintenance experience, preferably in a similar organisation (social housing, non-profit, charity)
Good working knowledge of GDPR regulations, Health and Safety Act 1974 and COSHH.
Demonstrated experience of using Grounds Maintenance equipment in a safe manner in line with Health and Safety Regulations
