Entry-level associate handling architectural document management, data entry, and coordination.

Tasks

-Maintain charts for Operations and Architecture consumption for anything concerning Architecture -Proactively collaborate with stakeholders to establish appropriate project schedules -Check new artwork and marketing material vs construction document and community standards/colors -Learn and develop skills in Architecture through practice and instruction -Apply creative problem-solving to address business needs and issues -Enter and maintain Architectural meta data into Toll's systems from construction documents, such as width, depth, square footage, and various search criteria in Toll systems -Serve as point of contact and maintain Architectural files thru M-Files (Toll Brother's file management software) and perform a monthly audit of data and files -Must be able to listen to needs of Division and other departments and facilitate and track completion of work. Be the "feet on the ground" managing outside Architects/Engineers files and data.

What You Bring

-Architecture/Engineering knowledge, 0-3 years' experience -AutoCAD, SketchUp, General computer knowledge. -Able to work with employees among multiple departments and build relationships -The ability to develop and communicate goals in support of the business's mission -Architecture degree -When speaking and writing, uses appropriate grammar, organizes ideas clearly, and articulates ideas concisely. -Ability to take direction from multiple Architecture employees
