Mark materials with identifying information.
Complete requisition forms to order supplies from other departments.
Convey materials and items from receiving areas to storage or to other designated areas.
Read customer orders, vendor packing slips, transfers, and RGAs to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
Count or measure items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.
Open crates and other containers.
Maintain cleanliness of facility and grounds.
Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence.
Use computer to enter records or reference stock.
Compile worksheet or tickets from customer specifications.
Prepare parcels for shipment.
Pack and verify customer orders.
May be responsible for cycle count.
Verify amounts of materials or items received or distributed. Relay discrepancies to proper personnel.
Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves or convey orders to packing station or shipping department.

1-3 months related experience required
Must have knowledge of Quality Standards and safety measures.
Must be able to regularly lift/move 50-75 pounds, and occasionally lift/move 75-100 pounds.
