Create and modify ITP’s and SWMS
Provision of advice on any technical and engineering issues
Ensure compliance with HSECQ requirements including review and attend Weekly Toolbox talks and daily Prestart meetings
Involvement with tendering/estimation
Conduct weekly subcontractors’ meetings ensuring program targets are met.
Manage remediation projects from initial setup through to completion
Raise RFI’s and track responses
Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors
Ensure effective cost control and efficient running of the project
Project progress reporting and conducting weekly meetings
Liaise closely with the client ensuring project runs to program

May be required to work across multiple projects, including regional NSW subject to division requirements.
Police Clearance due to projects being based on Defence sites
Experience in a similar role, managing construction projects in a contractor environment
Leadership skills and understanding of leadership responsibilities
Construction induction white card
Ability to assist on-site with management of systems and process for safe and effective project delivery.
Adaptability to a live site environment, conflict resolution, and stakeholder liaison responsibilities.
Solid programming and planning skills
Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
Drivers Licence
Silica Awareness Certificate
Asbestos Awareness Certificate
Experience delivering facade remediation projects desirable
Working at Heights Certificate
Understanding of current building codes, legislations and Australian Standards.
