  • Providing corrective action plans, identification, and resolution of service outages in accordance with problem severity and priority.

  • Supporting the setup of developer pairing stations for Government Programs already installed.
  • Help to maintain the integrity and security of IT systems by identifying risks and working with the appropriate stakeholders to implement a response.
  • Support development of Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) program and help integrate SCRM with Chugach’s overall risk management process.
  • Support the development of system security documentation on both new and previously deployed capabilities.
  • Maintaining full suite of collaboration audio/visual media equipment to ensure all meetings run properly.
  • Inventory Management of electronic devices (iPad, MacBook’s, etc.) to include tracking, receiving, shipping, configurating, documenting/inventory control within eCAMS/DPAS, imaging, and issuing of devices.
  • Providing MAC OS hardware and software support.
  • Provide Device maintenance to include interfacing with Apple for AppleCare, device recovery, device swap-outs, and DRMO process.

  • Proven work experience as a network administrator or technician.
  • Having the ability to manage and update as necessary the wireless access points throughout the space.
  • Strong working knowledge of access, administration, application server, archival, and configuration management software.

  • Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and pre-hire drug test.
