In this role you will oversee multiple NYSDOT construction projects, manage project budgets, verify contractor payment quantities, and prepare staffing and cost estimates for new work. You will also lead municipal constructability reviews for a range of infrastructure including roadways, drainage, pump stations, bridges, and retaining walls, while ensuring compliance with QA/QC standards.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field and brings at least ten years of progressive experience, including supervisory work on highways, bridges, and utility construction. Required credentials include NICET III or IV certification or a PE license, and familiarity with NJDOT specifications as well as relevant certifications such as ACI field testing and NJSAT.

The hourly non‑exempt rate ranges from $50 to $70, depending on experience, education, and certifications.
