The Controller will oversee Hadron Energy’s accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal control systems as the company transitions from startup to public-company readiness. This individual will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel, and executive team to build robust financial infrastructure, ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC standards, and support audit and regulatory readiness for upcoming filings and investor reporting.
You will play a key leadership role in shaping Hadron’s financial integrity by implementing systems, managing audits, and establishing controls that support our mission to commercialize next-generation nuclear technology at scale.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Controller, based in the New York City Area. The position is ideal for candidates with a strong accounting and finance background who are eager to help scale a high-growth clean-energy company preparing to become publicly traded.
