In this role, the consultant collaborates with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to produce high‑quality digital models for utilities, renovation, restoration, maintenance and retrofitting projects, supporting the company’s sustainable‑future mission.
The BIM Consultant role is offered on a hybrid basis in several U.S. locations or remotely, and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. The position joins Ramboll’s Environment & Health department and its digital transformation team, Galago, to advance 3D modelling and digital initiatives.
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Geomatics, Engineering or a related discipline, have at least five years of relevant experience, and be proficient in BIM tools such as AutoCAD or Revit, with GIS knowledge considered a plus. Experience with 3D laser scanning or photogrammetry, strong client communication, and a willingness to adopt new technologies are also required.

The position’s base salary range is $81,515‑$112,083 annually, with final compensation depending on experience, location, internal equity, market conditions, education, and skill level, plus potential bonuses and other benefits.
