  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in digital delivery and innovation.
  • Lead and support the implementation of VDC methodologies across civil engineering projects.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure digital workflows are aligned with project goals.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of Common Data Environments (CDEs) and ensure data integrity.
  • Provide training and support to project teams on digital tools and VDC processes.
  • Coordinate and manage model federation, clash detection, and resolution processes.
  • Assist in the development of digital twins and integration with asset management systems.
  • Develop and manage 3D/4D/5D models using BIM and other digital tools to support design, planning, and construction.

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Engineer with expertise in Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) to join our civil engineering team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in integrating digital technologies into infrastructure projects, enhancing collaboration, improving design accuracy, and driving construction efficiency.

  • Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards and digital project delivery frameworks.
  • (Desirable) Knowledge of Power BI, Python, or other data analytics tools.
  • (Desirable) Certification in BIM or VDC (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, VDC Certificate).
  • Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Synchro, Bentley OpenRoads). 3DSMax, desirable
  • (Desirable) Experience in digital transformation initiatives within Civil Engineering.
  • Proven experience in VDC implementation within civil infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction, Digital Engineering, or related field.
  • (Desirable) Experience with GIS integration, reality capture, or IoT technologies.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, planning, and cost estimation using digital tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
