The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will lead the design and development of advanced automation equipment and assembly lines as the hardware portfolio scales. Working cross‑functionally with controls, mechanical, and electrical teams, the engineer will establish robust machine and process architectures and guide products from concept to full‑scale production. This position offers a rare chance to influence product design early and be deeply embedded in both product and manufacturing development.
The role requires on‑site work five days a week with no hybrid or remote options, and up to 20‑25% travel, including international trips.
Compensation is based on experience and location, with a competitive salary and incentive stock options. U.S. employees receive comprehensive medical, vision, dental coverage, life and disability insurance, paid time off, sick days, holidays, commuter benefits, and 12 weeks of paid parental leave. Singapore‑based staff receive benefits in line with local regulations.
