Proficiency in MS Office applications, with working knowledge of GIS or other spatial tools considered advantageous.
Degree in Town or Urban Planning (or a closely related discipline) with approximately 3–5 years of professional urban or environmental planning experience, ideally gained within a consultancy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing clear, concise reports and liaising confidently with clients, stakeholders, and approval authorities.
Proven ability to contribute effectively within multi-disciplinary project teams, collaborating with engineers, environmental scientists, and design professionals to deliver high-quality planning outcomes.
Demonstrated experience supporting the preparation of planning assessments, due diligence reports, and development applications for large-scale transport, energy, or infrastructure projects.
