Drive personal, company, and rental vehicles to client or company project or office sites, and other business locations, as needed.
Scheduling, coordinating and conducting site visits for Phase I ESA projects
Preparing environmental compliance reports, including annual air emissions inventory reports, hazardous waste generator’s reports, SARA 312 Tier II reports, Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) reports, air permit summary of monitoring and compliance certifications and similar reports.
Preparing environmental Permit Applications for industrial wastewater and industrial stormwater discharges, and air emissions sources.
Ordering, receiving and reviewing database reports in support of Phase I ESA projects
Preparing environmental Plans such as Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWP3s) and Slug Discharge Control Plans.
Supporting projects involving due diligence with substantial historical research including ASTM-compliant Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments
Actively contributing to the company-wide efforts to gain more environmental / EHS compliance services and advancing the practice.
Preparing technical reports, letters, memoranda, plans, specifications, and proposals
Developing task, project, and client management skills
Providing multi-media environmental compliance services, such as day-to-day environmental guidance to clients and supporting environmental compliance auditing.

Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office products. (required)
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced consulting environment, handling multiple project assignments, meeting strict deadlines, and traveling to client facilities as needed. (required)
Advanced degree (M.S.) in environmental, civil, or chemical engineering. (preferred)
At least 5 years of environmental compliance experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. (required)
Excellent writing and communication skills. (required)
Valid U.S. driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel. (required)
Bachelor’s degree in environmental, civil, or chemical engineering. (required)
Professional Engineer (P.E.). (preferred)
