Working Environment: This role requires regular physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, bending, lifting, and carrying items as part of daily porter responsibilities. Team members must be able to lift up to 50 lb individually and up to 100 lb with assistance. Work is performed both indoors and within community common areas, and all employees must comply with the company's uniform policy provided on the first day of employment.
