Inspects plant equipment to identify potential problems prior to breakdown occurrences.

Installs, modifies, or maintains plant equipment and assists in determining appropriate methods to accomplish these tasks.

Exposure to temperature extremes; sounds or noise levels that may be uncomfortable; and outside weather as needed

Operate a computer, learn SAP and Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Working independently, as well as part of a team, and have shift flexibility
Do repetitive movements (hand, arm, leg; bending and twisting at the waist; bending at the knee and squatting, push and pull 40 pounds)
High School Diploma or GED and be at least 18 Years Old
Ability to precision align belts, gears or direct coupled shafts using proper tools to specified tolerances.
Ability to take and score at an acceptable level on a Maintenance Skill Test
Hydraulic systems, pumps, motor control, power circuitry, PLC’s and welding
Lubrication principles and bearing tolerances
Stand for 10-12 hours straight
Able to ascend and descend stairs/ladders as needed for the role
