Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Agricultural and Biological Systems Engineering, Bioproducts and Biosystem Engineering, or related Engineering field.
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in the water resources engineering field.
Demonstrated experience working with municipalities and/or Watershed Management authorities.
Experience as a Project Manager developing project work scopes based on client needs, managing and successful completion of projects within the prescribed budget and schedule.
Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

IA Professional Engineer License (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
Demonstrated experience with utilization of urban stormwater, hydrology, and/or hydraulic modeling for engineering studies and design.
Understanding of water quality issues related to stormwater and/or agricultural runoff.
Exceptional communication skills: ability to communicate with team members, client groups, and public.
A proven track record of building client relationships and acting as Client Manager.
