What you would be doing

- Help keep the company truck clean, organized, and stocked with all necessary equipment and materials
- Provide the highest level of customer service to ensure all customers have a 5-star bath remodel experience
- Responsible for assisting the lead installer with the installation of our bath and shower systems
- Develop trade skills in carpentry, plumbing, and construction
- Attend team meetings and individual & group training workshops
- Provide assistance with set up, demolition, clean up, loading and unloading work truck, measuring and cutting materials, framing, and preparing the bath space for install
- Tools Provided: Bath Experts will provide all the tools and equipment necessary including PPE and company clothing

- Attendance and punctuality is required
- Relevant experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling, renovation, etc.. is preferred
- Ability to routinely and safely lift/move items weighing over 50lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Consistent, year-round work
- Ability to take accurate measurements using tape measure, level, etc.
- Ability to use power tools as necessary
