Engage with potential clients to gather key information, qualify their requirements, and ensure they are directed to the appropriate team (e.g. Sales, Land or Partnerships).
Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining a friendly and professional tone in all communications.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring data integrity and smooth workflows.
Support colleagues across the commercial team by assisting with follow-ups, meeting coordination, and documentation during busy periods or annual leave.
Ensure that all enquiries received via email, website or marketing efforts are logged, acknowledged and responded to promptly.
Support the implementation of CRM improvements and help identify opportunities to streamline processes.
Actively identify and flag any potential leads or partnership opportunities that arise through inbound enquiries.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills - confident speaking with clients by phone or email.
Previous experience in sales support, customer service or administrative roles (or a relevant degree with strong communication and organisational skills).
A collaborative, can-do attitude with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Experience with CRM systems (experience with Hubspot is a plus but not essential) and Microsoft 365.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
